Technical issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone it has another of cool features my issue is my data just shut down don't know why I pay my phone bill faithfully, ads pop up out the blue preventing me from making calls or texting and it has became a problem for me if these issues were fixed i would love keeping this phone.

If you’ve noticed your phone experiencing hiccups or being unable to complete tasks, this may indicate that it’s time for a software update.
Think of software updates as oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablet – they help keep everything running smoothly. Updates can enhance the user interface, improve security, and fix minor bugs. We recommend that you update the software whenever a new version is available to ensure your device remains in top condition
When a system update is available, it’s important to install it to keep your phone or tablet functioning properly. However, please be aware that during the update process, your device will be unusable and your files will be inaccessible. You won’t be able to make calls, even to emergency services. Additionally, you may notice some changes to the device’s interface once the update is complete.
To check for updates, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen with two fingers and tap the Settings icon. Then, navigate to Software Update or System Updates, which may vary by model. Tap on Download and Install, Check for System Updates, or Check for Software Updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it will usually begin downloading automatically, though you may need to tap “Download Now” on some devices. When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
You can also enable or disable the Auto Download over Wi-Fi feature. When this option is turned on, your device will automatically update when connected to a Wi-Fi network. If it’s turned off, you’ll need to update your device manually.
To see the current software version on your device, open Settings, tap on About Phone or About Tablet, and then select Software Information. For more details, please refer to the link below.

All my phones have been a Samsung! They are great!

I primarily use my phone for streaming, checking my emails, and keeping me updated with my friends and family. This phone also has alot of features that help me with my day to day to tasks! I am a very sick person and I rely on my phone for EVERYTHING!!
