This phone is very reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it can get service inside of a metal building and the mic is great the camera is great the fingerprint detector gives clear instructions and I love the galaxy Ai and I love how I can circle something I want to Google it I personally will try and keep this phone forever

We understand how frustrating it can be when performance issues, overheating, or unexpected shutdowns disrupt your daily use. If you start noticing these problems, it's advisable to free up memory and storage space on your device. Insufficient memory and storage can cause your device to freeze or become unresponsive. If you encounter such issues, try the following steps:
- Start ** Check your device’s memory and storage space.
- Go to **Settings**, then select **Battery and Device Care**.
- Select **Storage** to check the remaining storage space, and select **Memory** to view the memory usage.
If you find that your device is low on storage space, you can clear the cache by optimizing it. Optimization helps by closing background apps, managing abnormal battery usage, and scanning for any crashed apps or malware. Follow these steps to optimize your device:
**Step 1:** Go to **Settings** and select **Battery and Device Care**.
**Step 2:** Tap **Optimize Now**.
**Step 3:** Once the optimization is complete, tap **Done** to finish.

The Navigation bar, located at the bottom of your screen, serves as the main menu for navigating your device. However, it's customizable! You can adjust the layout and order of the Recent button, Home button, and Back button. Additionally, if you prefer, you can hide the Navigation bar entirely and use gestures to navigate your device.
To customize the Navigation bar, go to Settings, tap Display, and then select Navigation bar. Ensure that 'Buttons' is selected, and then tap 'More options' to choose your preferred button arrangement.
