Prev positive experience with the "A" Series model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung A17 5 G because my previous A5 purchase was exactly what I was searching for in 2017. Unfortunately, the A17 5G purchased less than a month ago has been a non-starter. The lagging and constant UI errors commenced at the get go. At this rate I'm surprised the A17 5G is still on the market. Not very happy...

It freezes on games it freezes just on home screen can have multiple apps going terrible service terrible internet regret getting it boots you out of YouTube even if there's nothing going

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is extremely slow for a 5g phone and music cuts out when I try to get on other apps. The Bluetooth is terrible whenever it's connecting, music cuts in and out for about 45 seconds before finally playing right. The old saying you get what you pay for is true with this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this phone at all. I received it free when I had to switch to Tmobile. If I chose the phone to be given to me it wouldn't be this. It always has to be restarted if its running slow. The battery doesn't last long. But the picture quality is good.
