Kind of confusing due to i am used to a I phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just git my new Samsung A17 5G phone and I love everything about it. Very easy setup thanks to Galaxy AI. Very impressed with screen resolution and picture quality. Seamlessly handles multiple apps and works perfectly for everything I need it to do., including streaming my favorite live MLB games, taking great photos and using navigation apps. Huge improvement over my previous A14. Highly recommend!

There's no Galaxy AI But... I like the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I went from the a36 to a17 and the speed or lack thereof is my biggest concern about the phone. I so wish I would've gotten something better or could afford it. The display is nice and it's a decent phone for the price. The galaxy ai comes in handy!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to hear that you’re enjoying the display and the useful Galaxy AI features. The A17 is built for everyday use, and its performance can vary depending on how many tasks are running at once. Are you experiencing any glitches or slowdowns with your device?
To improve its performance, consider freeing up memory. Go to Settings, swipe to Device Care, tap Memory, then select Clean Now to stop background apps and free up memory. If you want to keep certain apps running in the background, you can add them to the Excluded Apps list to prevent them from closing when using this feature.
A more effective way to clear your phone's memory is to restart it occasionally. To restart your phone, swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick Settings panel, tap the Power icon, then choose Restart and confirm by tapping Restart again. If prompted, you might need to enter your PIN or password after the reboot.
