My Samsung Galaxy A17 5G is the greatest phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently gotten my Galaxy A17 5G after a terrible accident with my old phone. When I first got it as an upgrade, I was completely surprised how much better and faster this phone is. The phone is bigger than my old phone; The Samsung Galaxy S10, the screen is so clear and smooth, my pics come out clear and smooth, watching & streaming videos is so much better & the phone speakers and volume when I'm watching my videos and taking on the phone is so much better than the Galaxy S10. My moms love my Galaxy A17 5G to point where she wants one herself. Overall, my experience with this phone is a great experience and it will continue to be a awesome experience in the days to come.

Decent Device for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI. Ive always been a Samsung girl, since the very first smartphone I ever purchased (a S5 back in 2014). I refused to own any other brands, that is, until my Samsung was stolen and I had no choice but to accept a OnePlus phone if I wanted to have a phone at all. I was beyond impressed that all of the features I had come to know and love in a Samsung....the RAM, speed, user interface, graphics, sound quality, design, weight, etc. Never really had issues with lagging or bugs. One plus seemed to be just a little better in all areas and I especially appareciated the long battery life, audio capabilities and performance. I mostly use my phone for gaming and taking photos. Recently I was again left with no choice but to switch from my one plus back to a samsung A series, which I wasnt too worried considering Samsumg being my first love. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this Samsung. I dont know what happened, did I get a dud? Because the performance of this alleged brand new A series samsung has been terrible from the start. Lagging, freezing, kicking me out of apps while gamimg....Ive been so sad with this phone. Ive tried everything to boost performance, deleted apps, kept it minimal. I evem just resorted to a factory reset. Ive also been disappointed that it doesnt have certain features like the ability to create a guest user account I can switch to allow someone else use my phone as needed. I figured that must just be a sacrifice for using an A series.

Hello Aceola, Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with the Galaxy A17 5G. The A series aims to provide core Galaxy features like connectivity, camera, and everyday usability through streamlined performance settings, storage management, and updates that help maintain smooth operation as usage changes. Given issues with your Galaxy A17 5G, performing occasional quick optimizations may be helpful. You can use the Device care feature to monitor your battery, storage, and RAM. Problems with phone security
on March 23, 2026
Posted by: Loyaltoandroid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not figured out how to use Galaxy AI on this device but I like everything about this phone. The biggest and most important problem that I have with this device is that it was easily hacked and cloned with some type of malware by someone who has been spying on me and my phone activity ever since. This person has been stalking me for quite some time now. Security definitely needs to be more of a priority with the Samsung devices, especially phones. I have heard of others having the same problem with Samsung phones.

Hey there MySamsungLove, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy A17 5G. The multi-window feature is excellent for multitasking on your device. Multi-window mode allows you to view two apps side by side on a split screen. You can also use the pop-up view feature, which lets you open an app in a small window while using the rest of the screen for other tasks. To use the multi-window feature on your device, follow these steps: 1. From any screen, press the menu button. 2. Swipe to find the first app you would like to view, then tap its icon. 3. Select "Open in split screen view." 4. Choose the second app you want to view and tap its icon. You will see both apps displayed in split screen. To adjust the size of the windows, tap and drag the line between them in either direction. Release the line when you reach your desired split. To exit split screen view, simply tap the home button. For additional information on how to use the split screen feature on your phone, please check the link provided below. Thank you for your review, and thank you for choosing Samsung!
