Love everything except it doesn't want to charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great. Have no problems with it. Except for I cannot get it to charge most of the time. I have to try at least a dozen chargers before I find one that will finally work. And it's a brand new phone only had it for a few weeks.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Slow Phone, Bad Bluetooth

My brand new A17 phone constantly disconnects from my Galaxy Watch 6. It just disconnected as it sits on the desk 6 inches away from each other. I have contacted support with zero help. It has disconnected from my bluetooth headphones while hiking.
The phone is incredibly slow. 5-10 seconds just to open the keyboard which cannot keep up with the speed of my thumbs typing. All apps are slow. If I leave the window half the time it resets the app making two factor authentication a pain as half the time I have to request a new code. All apps are slow. Spotify takes 10 seconds to highlight the favorite button.
I have never been more angry with a cellphone purchase. I was a lifelong Samsung customer but this is my last Samsung product, it is that bad.
Don't buy.

Great for the Type!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung GALAXY A17 5G because I wanted quick access to a simple device that had all of the basic features. To my delight, the model satisfied exactly that. I could successfully set up my phone and get to using it very easily. It is a basic phone, but in the world of basic phones, it is amazing. I chose the black color, but interestingly it has a sort of iridescent finish to the device that reminds me of space. It is thin, sleek, and has an excellent metallic finish rather than just matte boredom. Super satisfied. Additionally, the Sameung logo on the back is super cool and minimalistic. The only drawbacks I would mention are that it is somewhat difficult to turn on privacy settings and the phone seems to want to "sync" or track me wherever and however it can... and there is a lot of account information to go through that is required to switch from one brand to Samsung. That could've been a little more user-friendly. Other than that though, it is perfect! Thanks for a great phone Samsung!
