Glitch phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't like AI systems. Wish I could remove that feature along with Gemini.
Though my phone wasn't on the list as review.. It is the Galaxy A16 and is the worst phone i have ever used. It can't remember two pages at once. Sometimes restarts both apps. Makes it hard to set up direct deposit. Or managing passwords and codes. The system even won't run its self inflicting systems restart. Replacing this phone ASAP.

There is a lot of built-in flexibility, so finding the right balance can significantly improve your daily experience with the phone.
Please note that disabling AI features may affect your device's performance and functionality. Additionally, some AI features may be integrated into the system and cannot be disabled. To manage these settings, open the Settings app on your phone or tablet. Depending on your device, you may need to swipe and tap Advanced features first, then select Galaxy AI or Awesome Intelligence. You will see a list of AI features on your device. Tap any sub-menu, such as Call Assist, then toggle off the switch next to the feature(s) you wish to disable.
Some AI features can also be turned off directly in the settings of individual apps, including the Phone, Notes, Camera, Gallery, Samsung Messages, Samsung Health, and SmartThings apps. Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new Samsung Galaxy A17 5G is honestly the worst phone I have ever had. It is slow, apps crash all of the time and whenever I make a call it drops my first attempt every single time. I have never had a phone suggesting that I restart it so it runs better. And it never works, so it's a bad suggestion. I have never used Galaxy AI. And when I can be able to afford another phone I am not going to get a Samsung. I'll never get another Samsung Galaxy, ever. Nothing but a bad experience.

Missed the Mark with this Model

I ordered my new Galaxy A17 from Straight Talk Mobile. I am so disappointed. I have had Samsung phones for 15 years, ranging from Flagship models (S8, S10, Note 20) and lowend models (A02, J3), but never before have I ever had so much trouble! The phone is incredibly slow, and it's not like I'm running processor intensive apps in unison. I'm basically just trying to use Google Maps and Spotify while I walk, but when I do so, I can't even open the notifications without my music clipping, a screen freeze, or apps crashing. I really am not sure what happened to Samsung! I had high expectations because they have never done me wrong before, but man, I really wish I could afford something better than this. Even my Moto G2025 worked better, except for the camera. The camera still takes OK pictures.

My Samsung Galaxy A17 5G Honest Review

My old phone, the Samsung Galaxy S10 was water damaged to the point it wouldn't work anymore. So, I've had to get an upgrade and I've gotten the Galaxy A17 5G instead. And I've loving this phone already. The visuals are way better, It's 5G, Battery life is GREAT & It's huge and got weight and it's not light and small. This was the best thing that happened to me & I've gotten my mother the same phone as well. She's loving it as well. Conclusion: This phone was the best thing that happened to me, I honestly glad my old phone was damaged. I've gotten a better phone out of the deal!
