[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My A17 Samsung Galaxy is on a platform of its own...and that is the top platform. This phone runs smoother and faster than any other phone. The cameras are phenomenal, I feel like a professional artist after taking pictures. It's the cream of the crop....Screen is big...phone fits comfortably in my hand. Gaming is smooth and streaming is at a whole different level....No buffering, no slow moments with the 17A Samsung Galaxy...recommend it to everyone...all ages...ITS PERCECT!

I am not that happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy A1 .... My Galaxy 17 gets very hot to touch at times and also multiply screens over lap themselves. I always have to restart the phone to get the screen back to just one app showing.

If your screen is getting too hot to touch, it may be due to having too many apps open or your phone running outdated software. Software updates are essential, much like oil changes for a car; they help keep your device running smoothly. These updates can enhance the user interface, improve security, and fix minor bugs.
We recommend updating your software whenever a new version is available to ensure your device remains in optimal condition. To check for updates, use two fingers to swipe down from the top right corner of the screen and tap the Settings icon. Then, swipe to and tap on Software update or System updates, as this may vary by model. Select "Download and install," "Check for system updates," or "Check for software updates," depending on your carrier.
If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically; however, you might need to tap "Download now" on some devices. Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
