This product has great camera quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product simply because of the awesome camera quality and the extra features. One of the many extra features that I love is the Face ID to unlock this phone as well as the Fingerprint sensor to unlock it also!

HORRIBLE

So disappointed with Samsung forcing me to use Google Messages.. I dont get notifications I cant change the notification sound and the screen doesnt light up when a message comes thru on this Samsung Galaxy A17.. This phone is horrible.. Ive been using Samsung phones for the last 15 years and this one is the worst.. Samsung Messages was by far much better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience! The Galaxy A17 5G features a large Super AMOLED display, a long-lasting battery, and expandable storage. Performance may vary based on your usage and the number of active applications.
If you're having issues with notification sounds and alerts in Google Messages, you can resolve them by unlocking a hidden menu in your Samsung system settings. While we have discontinued the old Samsung Messages app, you can regain full control over your notifications with a few simple adjustments.
To do this, open the Settings app, tap on Notifications, then select Advanced settings. From there, turn on the "Manage notification categories" toggle switch for each app.

Most of this phone is great and easy to use

I chose it for value and usability my only issue is some of my apps say there not avaliable in sleep mode and there is no way to take sleep mode off I even Uninstaller it and I can't get rid of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device over another device because it is my opinion that this devices are more secure ,the quality is Above expectations in many ways I chose Samsung products for their quality even my fridge is Samsung. I recommend to anybody to try the Samsung brands over any other for a satisfactory result. My next purchase of a Samsung product will be the foldable Samsung phone ... my wife wants one of those phones, I hope soon we will buy two for ourselves. Thank you Samsung for your products , great technology... don't stop there.
