Love Galaxy Phones

The designs are so sleek, prices are reasonable and have the best deals/offers. They have the updated software and so much to offer. Kudos to Samsung for another great experience with Galaxy.

Freezes

The phone freezes constantly. Most of the time when the screen is locked and I try to unlock it, it won't let me put in my passcode. It won't even let me turn it off when it freezes completely. It's also extremely slow and laggy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or not responding to touch, it doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with the device. The issue could be as simple as a faulty app or even cracks in the screen.
To improve performance, we recommend optimizing your device. You can do this by using the Device Care feature. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to and open **Settings**.
2. Tap on **Device care**.
3. Select **Optimize now**.
On some devices, you may need to tap **Battery and device care** instead.
This process closes all running apps and clears unused memory. For more information on what to do when your device is unresponsive, please refer to the link provided below.

my new galaxy A17 works like my old outdated A13

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I CHOSE to have a newer galaxy that isn't an A series. this new A17 don't work much better than my old A13 did. it's slow, glitches often, slow charging, and is exactly like the A13. there really isn't much to write home about when reviewing the A17 which I learned the A series is the super 8 compared to the S series which is a Hilton. I CHOSE to return my A17 for an S series anything.

This is the phone that checked all my boxes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this device! From the keyboard all the way down to the measurements of my display. I am so very glad I chose to make the switch back over to Samsung! I can now play all the games of my dreams comfortably because of the dimensions of my screen, while also using it with all the comings of my day. Not worrying about it being too big to fit in my pocket, or juggling it around because of an obtuse built, it's just right. Thank you guys over at Samsung for making my life easier and so much more fun and manageable. Also great job integrating AI into the device!

Galaxy A17: premium feel at affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy A17 5G because it has advanced features usually seen in more expensive models in a affordable price point.
My favorite features are the screen which looks amazing and the security features in the phone which gives me piece of mind that Samsung is protecting my privacy and cares about protecting my information.
Another feature that sets this phone apart from the competition is it provides a lot more feature and security upgrades than is typical for smartphones at a similar price point.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G phone for a phone that makes you feel you bought a much more expensive phone.

I'm very very happy that I chose to stick with the Samsung Galaxy device! I started out with the A11 then moved to the A14, A15, and A16! The A17 is by far the best of them All!
