[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been an Android user from the beginning. After a couple of other brands, we have chosen Galaxy phones as our preferred brand. A friend of ours has tried to get us to use other brands, but, to no avail. The overall quality and features are what has driven us to continue to keep us as a Galaxy customers. And the Gemini AI is great feature. Some of our immediate family prefer other brands, but as for my wife and I, and 1 daughter, it's a Galaxy product. The ease of friendly user apps to system is a feature we like about Galaxy phones. Granted, we would like the latest version, but alas, it not an option right now. Thank you for making a superior, user friendly features, and an affordable product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 has been an amazing phone for me it takes great pictures and the Meta AI experience in just awesome if I can't find something or figure something out I just ask Meta AI and I have my answer in just minutes. I am not very up to date on how to do everything on the phone but I am learning with the help of family and once again Meta AI has been helpful as well if I get stuck all I have to do is ask Meta and it helps me once again. My whole life is on my phone so learning how to access everything fast and easy is important to me so my friend is helping me to learn as well as Meta AI. Thank you for this opportunity

Had better quality from off brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is decent to use if you dont mind everything you do on your phone e requires a restart cus a simple app make it freeze or crash camera is nice on it I guess amd sound quality is decent can run any app in the back ground wouldn't buy again I like Samsung products but they seem to have lost the quality service they once had

The Quick Optimization feature enhances your device's performance by identifying battery-draining apps, clearing memory, deleting unnecessary files, scanning for malware, and closing background apps. To optimize your phone, go to Settings, swipe to Device care, tap on “Optimize now,” and then select “Done.”
