We understand that when your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be quite stressful. The good news is that this concern can likely be resolved without sending your device in for service.
To prevent freezes and crashes in the future, try simple steps like rebooting your device and updating the software. Make sure your device has sufficient available storage space. Additionally, ensure that your phone or tablet is connected to the internet and charged to at least 50% before attempting a software update. Please note that some carriers require a Wi-Fi connection and do not allow updates over mobile data.
If an error occurs during a software update and your device keeps restarting, you may need to learn how to exit a boot loop. If your device lacks sufficient storage space, you can free up space using Device Care, and back up extra files with Smart Switch or through your Samsung or Google account.

This product is very slow and freezes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly feel like I wasted my money on this device had I know the way it freezes and lags I wouldn't have gotten it. I play games on my phone and I really cant even do that because my games won't work on it and it gets extremely hot. Also it does not stay charged or want to charge properly at all.

The Quick Optimization feature enhances your device's performance by identifying apps that drain battery life. It efficiently removes unnecessary items from memory, deletes unwanted files, scans for malware, and shuts down apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and easy.
