[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung, phones have always been my FAV. I have been a faithful Samsung purchaser way before the Beepers (Pagers), in the 90s. TVs, DVDs, VCRs, Washer,Dryers, Fridges and so on. So all my electronics I own are SAMSUNG!! You cant Trust anything more, than an OG, (Old School) company that has been around Before PHONES or IOS (Ice Age) I also am "OLD SCHOOL" thats been around forever, like Samsung. They are a very TRUSTED BRAND and will always BE my first GO TO, for ANYTHING? I dont have anything negative to say about this phone, nor anything else Samsung makes. This phone does what I want it to do, like taking photos .Photos come out so bright and beautiful. The video is also awesomeness. Samsung Health App is Amazing. Very effective on your overall mental & physical health. It has seriously saved me many times with reminders. It can track more than just steps, it does womens cycle, ovulation and can gather all your medical records from every hospital youve been to. I am digging this "Galaxy AI." First it freaked me out on how she can respond to my question by giving me an answer and literally making conversation with me, after the answer. I had to get use to all that.. All this new technology Samsung is creating is Amazing. Samsung works hard to make our lives better. They've built so much more than just watches buds,computers and phones. Samsung is the EXPERTS in all ELECTRONICS & DEVICES and so much more. Samsung THRIVES to satisfy its COSTUMERS.

If you notice your phone fluctuating in temperature, please be aware that Galaxy devices can get warm at times. They have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if the temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Here are some tips to follow if your Galaxy device warms up:
- Disconnect the charger and close any running apps until the device cools down. If you are using earbuds, stop playing music, refrain from voice commands, and turn off ambient sound. If you have the Gear IconX, turn off the pace setter.
- If you're using a different charger, try a Samsung-approved charger (and USB cable). If you are using a wireless charger, ensure that there is no metal or magnetic material between the device and the charger, and place it on a hard, flat surface.
- Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth when they are not in use. Additionally, reduce the screen brightness and delete any unused or unnecessary files and apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a die hard samsung Galaxy user and have always been satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy products, but recently I got a Samsung Galaxy 17.\n As A\n Free incentive for Straight Talk. And I have been extremely disappointed.There's something wrong with it internal system because\nAfter 2 weeks or so of using the phone\nThe system you start shutting down and if you don't close it out , it does it every ten seconds
