The phone is great. But I have had issues with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said I have had issues with it. Like playing a game on my phone. I will be playing and I will be kicked out of my game. Watching shows and movies on my phone is ok. Runs a little slow. Taking pictures is ok. Be nice if I could do more.

The Bad Egg

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the worst phone I have owned. It has been slow since the day I got it. When I click on an app I have to wait 10-20 seconds before the app will open. The text message app will open and be just a black screen. I have had to wait days for it to come back online. I am assuming I just have a bad egg but I am stuck with this bad egg as I am not paying for a new phone.

It helps with so many different types of things such as speech, looking things up and commanding it to voice input things so it saves me time on things I would normally have to do manually. I absolutely fell in love this Galaxy AI and my device! Such a blessing to know i always have it when I need it and is useful for many different functions. Thank you Samsung and Galaxy Ai!
