I expected better

I reget my decision now because I have to keep restarting my phone just for it to charge and I've only had it 8 months so far. Also, it loads up really slow. I don't like tbis phone and as soon as my plan is up. I'm getting a better phone.

We understand having to restart the phone before it will charge, along with slower performance, can interrupt everyday use. Two many glitches

Got a few bugs

Great phone but glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to share the amazing points of this phone and some things needed to improve. This phone did amazing for the 1st 7 months, great pictures, fast speed, zero freezing, perfect size, and handles for well and effortless. However after the 7 month mark the phone now freezes multiple times daily, sometimes even powering off. Ever update and check to ensure its working properly is completed, but unfortunately it just gets slower and slower everyday. Almost like its losing the ability to function anymore.
