Slow horrible phone

I use the phone for gaming, music, social media, texting and calls.
From day one the phone had UI failure issues and has to be restarted. When using the phone for a game it will prevent me from switching to an incoming call, so I have to quit the game and call back. When listening to a music I am unable to do anything else because the phone will start skipping... as if there's a scratch on the record. I am unable to use mutilate apps and switch between them because switching apps or screens will reset the site. So if I'm filling out a form on one screen and I try to switch to another screen (email) when I come back to the form everything is erased and I have to start over. Same happens with getting text codes. So if I'm on a site that needs a code that's texted to me I cannot switch screens because the phone will reset and I would need a new code. I usually use my laptop to do personal business when I need a code texted to me. Taking pictures is so hard.. camera loads slowly and when I touch the "shutter" button I have to wait until the picture is shown, otherwise the picture will be blurry and not where I pointed. Using more than 1 app at a time will trigger a UI fail and the phone restarts.
I've missed calls and text that will come in later, even if im in an area with full bars. Long delay in trying to use phone and making calls. Using Galaxy AI is not an option phone always resets, so I just use my laptop.

Great starter phone!

Slowest phone I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the slowest Samsung device I have ever encountered. I had a Galaxy S21 Ultra for 5 years and not once did it ever run slow like this phone. Everything laggs using wifi and mobile data doesn't make a difference. If I could throw this phone away, I would. Makes me want to stay far away from the A series. I had to Google why my device was so slow, and had to change things in settings for it to work better, and even now it still lags especially with TikTok and Facebook.

Amazing product slow speeds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an amazing device that is strong and extra sturdy i have dropped it over several times and it hasn't broken once yes the glass may be cracked on the camera but the camera still works amazing I may not know much about the galaxy ai which to me means it works so well i have no use to research it to find a better way for it the only problems I may have is its loading time and how slow it can get but thst may be the service so I gave it a five stars for how sturdy and strong it is holding up I am a clumsy person who drops her phone so often so having this type of phone is honestly amazing because it doesn't break very easily and its the perfect size I can hold it in my hands for hours at a time where it doesn't hurt perfect for if you are laying about doomscrolling or searching for jobs or eleven texting or calling. The phone itself is amazing the screen and how you look at is amazing and it can basically tell you you are having to much screen time because some times I do soo my app I watch video on burned into some parts but now major and goes away quickly but I also have my phone in bright because I can't see otherwise (my own problem not the phones) this is 10/10 and I would recommend to my friends this is great and amazing and I would gladly get another one from this brand of phones!
