Meh I wouldn't buy this model again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side button sticks and wants to call 911 i had to change the emergency number to my own phone number so it wouldnt call the police. The side button when it is stuck makes my phone close out to the lock screen multiple times in a row as well. I also had to change all the settings to deal with that problem.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The Galaxy A17 5G is part of the Galaxy A Series, designed to balance performance and value. Devices running One UI 5.0 or higher include an Emergency SOS feature that lets users make an emergency call by quickly pressing the side button five times. Depending on your software update, you may have the option to disable this feature.
If you experience accidental activations of Bixby when using the Side button, you can remap it to perform other functions. To adjust these settings, go to Settings, tap Advanced features, then select Side button to customize your preferences.

A few glitches but overall high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is quite excrption9gor schooling purposes as well as streaming abilities. Once you get past the glitches in the operating system the device works well after the learning process of the user is adequately understood.

Great phone for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this new phone as a secondary device without a SIM, basically as a small tablet. I was concerned about it only having 4GB memory, but it seems adequate for what I normally use it for. Although it's a tad bit slower than my main phone (Galaxy S 24 Ultra), it's similar in my experience. I don't use it for "heavy lifting," and meets my expectations as a small secondary device. The AI experience seems to be the same as my main phone, although I don't fully utilize AI, it is very adequate. I love the phone. It is lightweight, has a great screen (same size as my S 24 Ultra), and is fully adequate in my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love ❤️ it for playing call of duty, play 20 hours out of 24 or so a day, trying to get to play with the professionals, and my samsung galaxy A17 this phone has given me that opportunity 😀, thanks samsung team for making some freaking awesome 👌 products, not only for myself, AND but for HUMANITY.
