[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is seriously impressive! The camera quality is out of this world, and it takes such clear photos. Battery life is fantastic too; I can go all day without needing a charge. The screen is bright and vibrant, making watching videos a real treat. Overall, a really solid purchase that I'm super happy with.

Got a Samsung

to the Samsung A17 5G. Wasn't sure at first because I've never owned a Samsung phone. But everyone i know that has a Samsung phone is very happy with it. Even though it is a lower level phone i decided to make the jump. Generally I don't do a bunch of stuff on my phone, banking, buying, searching. Though I would love to have a S25 or S26 Ultra it might be a bit of overkill with all the features, so the A17 does everything I need it to do and it does it well. But given the opportunity I would definitely get either the S25 or S26 Ultra. The A17 is definitely faster and more efficient than the Moto was and I'm very happy that I made the switch.

This poor phone is on the struggle bus. There isn't a single action that is smooth or responsive including just unlocking it. Movement between screens and apps is jerky. Even scrolling down the phone's settings menu can include the occasional hiccup. Whenever I check, it claims to have plenty of memory and storage available. So, not sure what's got it bogged down.
I have an S22 for work. No issues there. Was expecting a similar experience since I don't really need much from the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my galaxy A17 5g.Love the features especially the Google Ai assitant all I can do using my google Ai assitant is so useful and helpful is so many ways its a game changer in my eyes. Samsung is the only smart phone I have ever owned I can't ever see myself going away from samsung mobile phone and my galaxy A 17 5g has a beautiful screen battery life is awesomeness packed in a perfect hand held computer as my samsung is to me I do everything on my phone being that my computer is broken and now I see samsung just made a new laptop would love to get my hands in that along with my galaxy A 17 5g that just would be perfect mach to have both out i have the phone it does all I need to and so much more i play mobile games on this phone that I can believe the graphics look so great vibrant love the phone would highly recommend this phone and already have to many that s samsung and keep up the great work.

NOT like previous Samsungs!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I used to be a Samsung hater, due to the fact that my previous Samsungs seemed to run slower, due to having to run both the galaxy store and Google Play. Also, my previous Samsungs would get stolen and id lose all access to my account and everything in it. The Galaxy A17 as MORE than changed my mind - this Galaxy, BLEW it!!! The Galaxy AI has brainstormed ideas, written up plans, and researched data and legal help for my upcoming business ventures. The Galaxy store has gotten SO much better at having exclusivity from the Play Store so that its not bugging down the device. Lose your device? There are online options and different sign in and recovery options that even Google hasn't beat! I use my Samsung for EVERYTHING now!! From business brainstorms to streaming my micro earning games, Samsung is now not ONLY an option, its THE ONLY option!!! Heck, I've even dropped it several times - now tears from me. I'm not one to do reviews, either...but Samsung made a believer out of this girl!!!!
