[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A17 is a great phone I love how I can save my emails and passwords for every app and website it's very helpful. I like the fingerprint reader and how I can take a picture or screenshot and circle anything any ask my AI assistant where I can find it and how much does it cost. Galaxy phones are my favorite phones and the only phones I use because they come with so many easy and user friendly things. Everyone should use Galaxy phones.

Some great features BUUUTTT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone has some great features. It's great except for the lagging. Pics and videos are very clear and crisp, however, by the time the shutter actually clicks after being pressed to take the Pic, sometimes the photo op has passed. Also, the phone cant seem to handle games that have a lot of data. I play Pokémon Go and EVERY time I go to areas with a lot of graphics, IE Pokémon, gyms and pokestops, the game lags to the point I cant play ot it freezes and I cant play. Its very frustrating.

If you plan to play games that demand significant processing power, I recommend optimizing your device beforehand. You can do this using the Device Care feature, which can enhance your device's overall performance.

To optimize your device, navigate to and open the Settings app, then select Device Care, and tap on Optimize Now. On some devices, you may need to select Battery and Device Care first. This process will close all running apps and free up unused memory.

To monitor your device's performance, you can use the Device Care feature. This tool provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM, allowing you to automatically optimize your phone or tablet for faster and better performance.

The Quick Optimization feature boosts your device's performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It also clears unnecessary items from memory, deletes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. Optimizing your phone is quick and easy.

To optimize your device, go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device Care, then tap Optimize Now and hit Done.

If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen that are causing the problem. Check for a software update. Navigate to and open Settings. Swipe to and tap Software update or System update. Tap Check for updates or Download and install.
