[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It freezes alot , screen blacks out often. Other then that good phone. Feel like it could have a more modern update as far as fonts go in the settings to make the phone more customizable.

If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen that are causing the problem. Check for a software update. Navigate to and open Settings. Swipe to and tap Software update or System update. Tap Check for updates or Download and install.
