Runs very slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new phone. Had to grab one after I broke my last one. Runs extremely slow at times. Won't open a tab while already on one until what feels like forever. Keys dont always want to work so misspelling happens. When I click on an app doesn't open right away.

Good mid level phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good mid level phone. Ram/system a little slow when opening up or coming out of sleep mode. Otherwise Apps, streaming and searches run great for speed. Its definitely not a S series phone but great for price being an unlocked phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The photos and videos taken from this device are very rarely "poor" quality, they're fantastic. When sending/sharing anything, a gif, photo, or video, it doesn't slow the product down at all no matter the size.
On top of that, it's great for school. Websites required for school? Done, easy to understand and quick to access. Slideshows, reminders, videos/photos, documents required for school? Also done, easy to understand and quick to access.
Never experienced a spam call, plus this product often automatically seems to search for malware/scams and protect data and information.
Everything in general is easy to use, understand, and adapt with this product. Only downside regarding the product and nothing else? Due to frequent updates, the phone might restart randomly an extra time every other week.

I love my galaxy a1 device

My Galaxy phone controls my Galaxy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy is the best handheld device and remote control of managing my day to day activities. Checking personal accounts, weather, local news, meetings and texting to make sure my family is safe at school and work is all done with this device. It makes life easier by allowing me to do my daily duties and leaving the hard things to figure out up to my Galaxy and AI. Whether it's figuring out how many feet of wood I need to complete a project or helping my 9 year old with math that I have not used since I was in 3rd grade! I'm always on my phone to find new recipes when the wife and I can't figure out what to eat for dinner(which is very often because I know what I want to eat bit my wife, not so much)! It makes things smoother and it's been very useful and dependable and I wouldn't trade it in for a newer 1 unless I absolutely have to. Like I said, it controls my Galaxy! Thanks for making a reliable product that I do trust!
