Device very slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy AI is trash. It freezes when multiple windows are open. Cannot face time without freezing and going completely black. I hate it. Don't recommend.

A17 5G Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the A17 5G as an upgrade to my old phone. Overall I am very pleased with its performance. I use the phone, some internet research, Facebook users groups and fir my emails.
The only downside to the phone is a weaker signal compared to my old phone and the volume does not go loud enough for me but thats due to my hearing issue.
I would highly recommend this phone to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just about every mobile phone that I've owned has been a Samsung and and in the few instances that I've switched to a different brand for affordability, it's been a pretty horrible experience.
So naturally, when offered a deal for an upgrade to a free Samsung A17 if I switched my plan from Metro to T-Mobile, I jumped right on it.
So of course, I'm happy to say that I'm VERY happy with the device (so far).
It has excellent speed, great apps to explore and download, the camera quality is great and the audio quality is great as well.
I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my phone and went from a moto g to the galaxy a17 5g. This phone is amazing for the price. It is affordable, fast, and it's perfect for what I use it for, which is basically calls, texts, email and social media.. the galaxy AI is also very helpful. For a budget phone, the a17 is definitely the best one I've had.

Handles all my needs whether it be watching a movie or game via streaming,(without any buffering or lag whatsoever), or staying on top on all my social media platforms. Has ample storage with 128g internal. It also has an innovative way to get more RAM memory by utilizing some storage to increase your RAM to 4g when you need it. The battery may be my favorite function because it lasts ALL DAY and I stay on my phone from the time I get up till bed. It charges extremely fast as well as wirelessly. And the galaxy AI has made be a believer that it can help me in everyday life. It stays on top on my schedule better than I do. Thank you Samsung for such a great product at a truly affordable price.
