[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its an awesome phone all around. Clear videos and pictures. Never had a dropped call or issues access my apps. Dropped it over a dozen times and have yet took an damage to the screen. Perfect device.

This phone sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI. This phone sucks. The keyboard keeps dropping off when I am in the middle of typing a message and I've got to wait several seconds for it to reappear. I have two texting apps. The Google one will not give me notifications. The Samsung one (the one that actually works) is being discontinued in July 2026. When the phone is in my pocket it will open and start playing music and other apps. When I try to open it, I usually have to make several attempts to open using the fingerprint sensor. I can't make an outbound phone call when I'm in my apartment for some reason. It used to work, but not anymore and I live in a major city. Other than that laundry list of flaws, it's a great phone.

This device is very slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a big fan of galaxy products but was very disappointed with this devices performance. It downloads apps I didnt approve that are not necessary and make it easier for hackers to access and control my phone. I have used galaxy Ai and that further complicated matters making the phone act on its own accord, closing out apps that's use for work, games and movies skipping. Sorry for the bad review but if we are honest you are capable of fixing these issues and giving us the galaxy products we are used to. First class quality.
