[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a Samsung phone a while back then switched to Motorola for 2 years. I then switched back to Samsung. Calls are clear and don't drop. They don't break if you drop them so very durable. I am absolutely in love with my A17 and have no intention of leaving Samsung ever again!

I've had my phone for years and the updates never disappoint, Samsung is always finding new ways to improve their products, recently I have been using the Galaxy AI feature which has so many features Imbedded in it, I have found a particular interest in the phone customization feature which allows the user to add their own photos, clock style, and other smaller apps like the news, an outfit styler and a daily deal finder for the shoppers in your life!! Overall Samsung has always done a great job In making sure their customers are happy and in the know about their products!!

At least it tough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great at first. Didn't take 3 months before it started lagging. Of course, as always, it starts with forced updates. I will say at least it's pretty tough. Got ran over by a truck and, flung at rocks and it still works and only put a hairline fracture in the screen.

It comes with Galaxy AI, which it is helpful when you needs an information for a specific product, location etc. It can also make images of animal, vehicles, locations etc.
It comes with Samsung features as care, SamsungTV+. I really Love SamsungTV+ which does not requires any providers and you can watch over 500 channels, which includes variety of news, entertainment shows/movies, and sports channels and much more. My favorites are the news and business, home improvements, sports channels baseball, racing, and anime as well.
Great for using app such as Youtube, which I watches documentaries, travel vloggers, etc. It is smooth with facebook, Instagram, and other social apps. Samsung news keeps you updated on locals and national news!
It can play app games such as Pokemon Go, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem, Dragon Ball, YugiOh. But it can other games that involves puzzles, blocks etc. Yes I'm huge fan of all these games!
Love the screen and it has eyes protection , it can help for those who have eyesight problems.

Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone really sucks. The specs show that it should be way more advanced than my 7 year old S10e. But performance of the new phone is non-existent compared to the old phone. Worse, I bought 2 of these. One for me, one for my wife. She hates hers, too. I was warned that multitasking wouldn't be good on these. I don't really multitask, so I thought it would be ok. I didn't realize having the text app open while trying to take a picture was "multitasking". Take a picture while listening to music? Forget it. The phone freezes up and takes a minute to do anything. It is really bad. I'm so glad it doesn't have "Galaxy AI" to slow it down even more. Speaking of which, Ask Gemini sucks, too. You have to get to an open screen before you can ask it anything. It doesn't hear you half the time. Overall, it is nowhere near as good as Ask Google was. I really loved my last 4 or 5 Samsung phones. This one will make me look to other manufacturers next time.
