This phone is very simple to use even for seniors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Galaxy AI really helps quite a bit and also it's very easy to use for people with mental disabilities that have cognitive decline and people with dementia so I'm very proud to say this phone is good for everybody

My new favorite phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Samsung Galaxy A17, and honestly, I’m really impressed with how much you get for the price.
The first thing I noticed is the display - the screen is large, bright, and super clear, which makes everything from scrolling to watching videos feel smooth and enjoyable. It definitely doesn’t feel like a “budget” phone in that department.
One of my favorite things about this phone is how I’ve been able to use it for my daughter. I create practice work for her outside of school, and this phone makes it really easy to pull up apps, worksheets, and learning tools. She also loves playing educational games on it for extra practice, and everything runs smoothly without frustration.
Battery life has also been a huge plus for me. I can go all day without stressing about charging, which is exactly what I need with a busy schedule.
Performance-wise, it handles everyday tasks like texting, apps, and browsing with no issues. It’s not meant for heavy gaming, but for normal daily use, it runs reliably and doesn’t lag on me.
The camera surprised me too pictures come out clear and colorful, especially in good lighting. For a phone at this price point, it definitely gets the job done and then some.
If I had to mention one thing, I’d say go for the higher RAM option if you can, just for smoother multitasking long-term.
Overall, the Galaxy A17 is a great value phone that covers all the basics really well solid battery, nice display, dependable performance, and a good camer

I was actually expecting a lot out of this phone.

It's slow, apps crash often, and the response time for whenever I try to go home or to an app is the slowest I have experienced in a long time maybe ever. I have never used Galaxy AI, nor do I intend to after this experience. I'm gonna try to trade it in and go back to Motorola...

Slowest phone I've EVER had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly never expected to get this poor of quality of a phone from Samsung its sooo slow at doing anything & everything, even just to open a email takes soo long and I bought this phone brand new only about 2-3 months ago and its sucked evr since then. Softwares up 2 date, all apps up 2 date, I reboot frequently & still slow as ever. samsung a17 worst phone evrrr

Great phone for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy A17 5G is the phone I currently have and I love it thank had it since it came out , it has a good camera for pictures, nice size , good storage . I use my phone to play games , take pics and everyday use . The only reason it does not have 5 stars is because here recently it started doing this thing and wanting to shut my phone down all the time it does it two or three times a week at least.
