This product is disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several issues with this phone. It freezes up frequently and I restart it at least two times each day. I never receive notice of software updates. My screen turns black frequently due to an error that states "System AI is not responding". I won't buy another Samsung phone.

Bad A17 phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is very slow and the system UI keeps not working/responding. I keep having to close the system UI App and waiting for it to start working/responding. Some of my photos don't show after I take them

I would not buy this phone again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is so slow and is the worst phone ive probably ever had. If I didnt have it on a contract I would have already purchased a different phone. Im very disappointed with the speed and running aspects of this phone.

Very disappointed in it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to get a new phone bie to my old note 9 was getting outdated. I use my phone for work and personal business. The old note 9 would not allow me to upload new apps etc. This was the ONLY reason for getting a new phone. I was informed this A17 phone is like the old Note 9 but better. They were so wrong. First of all so bery slow im response. It takes 3 hrs to charge with the "fast charger" that came with the new phone. It was a cord only no block or anything else. This phone does not allow me.to place.it on a charging station like the old phone. If I could go back or return this phone I would in a heartbeat. Do not get an A17 phone.

Why is choose samsung every time

The quality and performance is amazing honey. I choose to keep my a17 because its unmatched from every other phine ive had. No other phone has had the camera quality. I can capture every deatail and every memory in seconds. I love my phone so much. Ive used many other samsung products and have loved them all. I recently got a new dishwasher and it leaves all my dishes spotless. I choose samsung for its amazing quality and cant wait to see what comes from this amazing company in the future.
