The phone does not respond well. The slightest touch will take it to another page and take some while to retrieve the page. It doesn't work when you're home. Internet is down Just should not have bought this phone. Waste of money mystery received a defected phone or just bad quality

My elderly mother loves her new phone. We held off purchasing one bc it is highly frustrating for her to learn a new phone. She advanced from an A13 to an A17. She loves it!
The pictures are great but the lag is enough to drive someone crazy.

My husband is not at all versed on any kind of new technology, but he loves this phone. It is relatively affordable,a good size and is pretty tough. He has a habit of dropping his phones. Overall, it does everything he needs in a phone
