This product didn't live up to expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product for samsung outstanding record when I comes to well any of this phones quality. All previous samsung devices I've own were top of their class. This phone however would non stop pop up a warning saying UI not responding and would make me restart the phone this start on like day four. I used it for about a month and then just had enough the camera sucked as well. So I went and got another one.still samsung what can I say im loyal to a fualt

WORST UPGRADE EVER

Since I received this phone I have experienced numerous performance issues, specifically frequent freezing that requires a constant system restart. But when I try to restart it becomes a problem too. Saddest upgrade & hardest phone to use and turn off ever.

The Quick Optimization feature can help improve your phone's performance by identifying battery-draining apps, clearing memory, deleting unnecessary files, scanning for malware, and closing background apps.
To optimize your phone, follow these steps: go to Settings, swipe to Device Care, tap on Optimize Now, and then click Done. For more information please see the link provided below.
