This phone was purchased for my wife. She really does not use her phone for much. Text, call, Amazon. We had it a few days and could not handle how slow it was. Had to return it. Not functional for anything.
after having been a Samsung galaxy user for several years. I am highly disappointed in the lack of basic features and the slow processing speed of this product. I now understand the low price point and will not recommend this product to anyone. If I could return it, I would. Please let me know if that is possible.

I do love the phone so much but tbh the phone wasn't it for me because of the lagging and the audio didn't sound right and terrible camera quality but afterall the phone is great it might be different for others.
The phone has poor phone call reception. We also have an iPhone and can set in the same area of the house and make a phone call. The Samsung will cut in and out and drop the call. Where the iPhone call is clear and uninterrupted

Changing screens is super slow, the apps run slow, this is the slowest Samsung phone I've ever had
