phone glitches out when you use any application and I mean when you use any application. this phone glitches phone calls it's extremely slow no matter if you're connected to Wi-Fi or not . I highly do not recommend this phone . I'm extremely dissatisfied with this phone . I should have read the reviews before I bought it. Samsung just needs to discontinues the 16 was the same way which is why upgraded to the 17 hoping it would be better and it was not any better it was actually worse Samsung just needs to discontinues the 16 was the same way which is why I upgraded to the 17 hoping it would be better and it was not any better it was actually worse . had this phone for maybe a month and I'm ready to get a new one already .
