We understand that consistent performance is essential, especially with a new device. If you notice your phone locking up or not performing consistently, we recommend clearing the data from your device. Over time, you may accumulate large amounts of data or memory usage on your Galaxy device. Fortunately, there are several ways to free up your device’s memory, creating space for important files and cherished photos.
Here are some suggestions:
**Deleting Unused Apps and Files:**
- Removing unused apps, media, or downloads can enhance your device’s productivity and create space for future data. Deleting images, videos, audio recordings, or other unnecessary files can significantly clear up space on your device, allowing for more content storage.
**Cleaning Your Storage:**
1. Navigate to and open **Settings**, then tap on **Device care**.
2. Tap **Storage**, and choose the file category you want to manage, such as Images, Videos, Audio files, or Documents.
3. Press and hold the desired file to select it, or tap **All** at the top of the screen to select all files.
4. Tap **Delete** or **Delete all**, then confirm by tapping **Move to Trash**.
**Cleaning Your Memory:**

Great but a bit slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A17 and A16 are both a bit slow in the processing of apps and functions. Camera is awesome. Galaxy AI is a wonderful addition. This is a really great option for the budget conscious consumer. I have 2.

It's okay, but not the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is useful for quick searches or writing. It's a good tool, but my only issue is that my apps keep crashing or restarting at random intervals. Like, my system UI crashes and restarts at random. Also, trying to answer the phone isn't always easy, as it takes forever sometimes for it to acknowledge an incoming call. Then again, I guess I shouldn't complain, after all, I got what I paid for.
