This product seems to have a few flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone primary for work orders. And, well as a phone to actually talk to people. I do use the camera alot for work purposes.
My dissatisfaction with this phone is, it constantly turns itself on even when I've shut it off.
It doesn't sit flat due to the camera lens.

The touch screen works sporadically.
The port charger area is supper sensitive and I predict will stop working in a few month and I will have to purchase another phone, I find this to be unacceptable.
The battery life diminishes quickly even if not in use.
I don't like to spend a lot on cell phones and prefer a good bargain but I would not recommend this phone and will not purchase one again.

Quality, Easy-to-use,efficient and reliable,
The picture Quality is one of the best that I have used,even the user facing camera takes a high quality picture, software is easily used and understood,set-up is not hard to finish and there's the audio,sound production and play back are not bad, something to say without downloading an equalizer and booster,touch screen control is very spot on. I'll have this one for a few years, one of the best phone's I've ever had,and I will get more Samsung phones in the future .

Not great ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this phone when I was forced to switch to tmobile. My initial experience wasnt great because my stuff didnt switch over when it was supposed to. Also, I couldn't make calls right away. That couldve been a carrier issue. The phone is so slow, im a gig worker. It was snail slow switching between apps, trying to work. I switched back to my a25.
