This is the slowest and worst phone I've had in ye

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm constantly getting messages about the cpu needs a restart. I also frequently get a message saying system UI is not responding. Battery life is poor, continuous overheating. I don't recommend this phone.

Only Good For A Few Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone as part of our ISP's promo for combining services. The specs are quite serviceable, but after nearly 2 years on this phone, it started glitches like there was a memory problem when there was over 30 GB of RAM and ROM each.

Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone as an upgrade, but still have to pay monthly for it. It completely froze up on me when I was 4 hours from home in an area I didn't know. Had to take it to a cell phone repair shop who got it working again, but the guy told me to never get A series again because they always have problems, something i was not made privy to before committing to it for 2 years. So, now I have to wait until my next upgrade to get a new phone while paying for one that has a terrible camera - I won't take pictures with it because it distorts my face. I am a Samsung fan overall, and honestly haven't really had any problems before, but this phone sucks.

My Samsung has amazing long lasting battery power

Fantastic battery and camera for Content creators

System UI issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to purchase the A17 at the beginning of this year excited cause I have previously had the A15 and A16. I read the specs on the device and loved what I saw for the most part. The only problem I have with this device is more times then I can keep up with I receive messages of System UI Not responding, and most recently I have gotten a few System processing not responding. Im not all into the technical ways of fixing phone issues, so these issues that turn into phone crashes can become pretty annoying and aggravating. The storage on the device is nice, the way im able to personalize the device is nice features are convenient for everyday life. Samsung is the easiest to switch between devices when you upgrade thats a major plus when you use Samsung switch app. The durability of their phones with or without using a phone case is amazing, especially with a younger child often using the device. I prefer the Samsung brand over others I've used in the past cost isnt crazy, durability is awesome, features and everyday use definitely makes it worth it.
