My old Galaxy was better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Samsung Galaxies since you started making them. I love them, but this one is slow, looses signal, and calls mess up. I hate to say anything bad because I really do love the Galaxy phones. I am sorry.

The Quick Optimization feature enhances your device's performance by identifying apps that drain the battery. It also clears unnecessary items from memory, removes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and easy. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device Care, then select Optimize Now, and finally tap Done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new phone so I decided to buy the A17 5G. I noticed there are several new features with this phone, which are, the ability to use Galaxy AI, enhanced photography, faster processor, and more memory. AI is used to research facts, with Google or edge, more reliably and faster speeds. The new camera on the phone takes more enhanced photos, including new editing features. The A17 also has an electronic eSIM card that is downloadable from your provider without having to struggle with small pieces of cardboard to get the phone up and running. One can also insert an SD card for additional memory. All previous features are included, such as, caller ID, incoming call waiting, call blocking, and video chat. The new processor also allows for faster charging with a power cord that connects to an outlet, or a USB port on a laptop. The amount of new memory is great for playing video games also. The new dark screen is very easy on the eyes. The auto correct is more accurate. Voice activation is more accurate when speaking through the microphone to research, send texts or make calls. Graphics look great on the phone too. Lockscreen and display options allow for some of the most "out of this world" graphics. Instant messaging is now done through Google messages with lots of new features like messages and videos to all contacts in your phone faster with the enhanced smart system of the phone. I am glad that i made the upgrade to the A17 5G phone to keep my busy life easy

Garbage phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not even handle simple simultaneous tasks. Slow, freezes, crashes doing simple things. Feels like a cheap phone. I returned it in the first month. Would not recommend!!

Battery charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung products,this is the first time uve had phone charging issues. The phone will be fully charged and within a few hours its completely dead,also sometimes when im streaming the quality isnt very good

I love the camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Galaxy A-17 phone, it has great features and is super fast. It's really thin and almost unbreakable, I've had my phone 8 months and love it, it still updates regularly. I'd love to own the Samsung galaxy AI phone.
