AWFUL!!!!

This was awful. The performance is absolutely vulgar and is extremly slow. Camera isn't as good as expected, and connectivity is fine, display is surprisingly good, and the battery is fast at charging. If you are a heavy user do not get this phone. This phone is basically a downgrade from the A16 5G..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slowest device ever used!

Incredibly slow device. I decided to try it because of the 4.7 star rating. I don't know who's putting these reviews in but there's no way this phone gets a 4.7, It's MUCH closer to a 2.5 star rating. Even after doing a full reset and manually setting up the phone a second time, removing all of the bloatware and trying every suggestion listed in Google search, nothing will help this phone overcome the embarrassing low amount of RAM memory. It'll work okay when you're sitting on the couch scrolling through TikTok, it's when you're on the go using GPS, checking email and someone calls you that it will become the slowest device you've ever had in your hand. You will wait 3 seconds for a response from the device when you press the home button many times a day. There's no way that Samsung is serious about pushing this device to the public.

phone glitches out when you use any application and I mean when you use any application. this phone glitches phone calls it's extremely slow no matter if you're connected to Wi-Fi or not . I highly do not recommend this phone . I'm extremely dissatisfied with this phone . I should have read the reviews before I bought it. This product is the worst phone I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone I've had for two days now touch screen is so slow the UI isn't responding have to close it twice in one day and the programs won't respond have to close main phone due to non response this is a new phone I've had it less then 48 hours n already having problems this is why I dislike Samsung Galaxy products
