I love this phone so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I havent used A1. The performance of this phone discourages me to try anything extra. Its not touch sensitive. The UI stops and needs to shut down a lot. This is like a childs phone. I dont like it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this phone from a very basic smartphone. The galaxy ai is much better than I thought. I use my phone to listen to music and watch samsung TV along with some YouTube as well as texting and calling.

My second brain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this Samsung cell for several years and I'm still discovering features I haven't used. I'm older and just basically computer/internet literate. I got this phone when my other one (different brand) broke, so I had some adapting to do. I use it for streaming, email, and my personal business affairs such as bills. Just today I signed into the Samsung health app to keep track of my walking and water consumption, both things the Drs recommended after my heart attack. The calendar helps me by notifying me of my appointments, family birthdays, bill due dates etc. Just finished taxes and verified my math with the calculator. I relax at night before bed by listening to audiobooks borrowed from my library. Saved me lots of $ so I'm not purchasing books all the time. I have also enjoyed movies and TV programs that I don't get on cable.
Keeping in touch with faraway family is a joy, whether on a phone call, live chat, or photos/videos on Facebook.
Cooked dinner with a recipe I looked up on Google, then printed it out for future use. I have used Galaxy AI to help me write a better message, as I couldn't find the proper words. I need to explore its capabilities more, as I'm only starting to use it.
My life is in this phone.! Thanks Samsung for a reliable product.
