Not a good phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had alot of issues with this phone, this is the first samsung phone that does not perform well, the screen freezing on a steady basis and it stops typing at will, the battery over heats to often and the battery doesn't last long, I chose this phone because I've always had great luck with Samsung but I've been very disappointed with this one

S series is far different from the A series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung a17 over a different device because I thought that by me having a Samsung s21 it would be a seamless experience. Boy was I wrong. Performance of this device obviously shows by it was one offered as a free device and two exactly why it falls short of the s series. The phone lags with processing whenever there's anything processing in my background the phone kills and says system UI is unavailable. this happens about 30 times a day. Despite notifications being turned on, I only seem to notice that I've missed a message or a phone call if I open that particular app. I'm not pleased with this phone thoroughly and I cannot wait until I'm able to upgrade to a better device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad that i chose samsung galazy A17 5G.. i like all the features on my phone. I used it for work to keep track of appointments and I use it for my bank information and records. It's very convenient for me when I get time to navigate my account status and payment. I had another samsung galaxy A32 that I used but I trade it in for my new samsung galaxy A17. I also had a flip samsung phone back in the days too. It's very easy to navigate with the Samsung phone 📲.

Great budget friendly phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose to switch cell phone carriers, I was given two of these phones for 2 of my lines. My son and I both agree that, for being a more "budget friendly phone" we assumed we'd be receiving an very basic phone. Having had this phone for 6 months now, I can genuinely say I am completely impressed. It is super fast....stays right along with my multi-tasking mom life as well as little, to no delay in upload and download speed. Even with multiple tabs open, and other things running simultaneously. It's a totally smooth performance. It has a big storage capacity as well and handles all my documents and jpg/pdf files with ease. Also, the phones "system" doesn't hog the majority of it like other phones I've had previously do. Battery life is also outstanding and recharges very quickly. So far so good! I have zero complaints about this phone, and fully recommend it to others.

Great phone for great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this specific model because I want lookin to spend a lot on a cellular device, however I did need a reliable one. This meets the standard and works well. I have no complaints with it other than it doesn't have an audio port for headphones. There are ways around this though. The phone is absolutely worth the money.
