Only a week and the screen is cracked & ui crashes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had Galaxy a week and the phone screen is cracked and d the system ui crashes for the first 10 minutes after reboot everytime. Worst galaxy I've ever had and I've had almost all of them before this. The galaxy AI hasn't been able to be used on this horrible addition to the galaxy family.
