Good but rather choppy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung A17 5G because I needed a replacement for my A16 5G, and I didn't want to replacement my wallet phone case. While good on its own, I still came to the same problems that I had with the A16, which was choppy streaming, choppy data quality, and unnecessary overheating at certain times of the day. I'm afraid that the battery will sputter out before I get a good, long use in. So in conclusion, I chose the A17 5G as a good communication device, but when it comes to all-around Internet use, it's rather choppy, and the battery loves to overheat at the most inopportune times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this model has a lot of glitches !! It freezes and constantly needs restarted because it says it's running slow. But it doesn't help!! It lags terribly... Maybe just a bad phone and not the whole model.

There are several potential causes for frequent app crashes on your Samsung Galaxy device, and the steps below will help you troubleshoot them. Before taking further action, please update your device's software, as this may resolve the issue:
1. From the Home screen, touch **Apps**.
2. Touch **Settings** (you may need to swipe left or right to find it).
3. Touch **About device**.
