Overall some improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are better but the phone reception has been a disappointment. Many more dropped calls with these phones. Sill living in the same place and phone usage pretty much the same, but we have to keep getting to new places in our house to keep from losing calls.

The Galaxy Ai feature helps me with my conversations as I am Autistic and it helps me to communicate with clarity. Thank you Samsung 😊

Screen flickering or glitches on your Galaxy phone or tablet can stem from screen damage, outdated software, app conflicts, or underlying bugs. To resolve these issues, please inspect your device, check for software updates, adjust the display settings, and reset any problematic apps if needed. Sometimes, simply clearing your device’s storage can help as well.

To clean your storage, follow these steps: Open the Device care menu, then tap Storage. Choose a file category, such as Images, Videos, Audio files, or Documents. Touch and hold the file you want to select, or tap "All" at the top of the screen to select all files. Tap "Delete" or "Delete all," then confirm by selecting "Move to Trash." To empty the Trash, tap "Trash" at the bottom of the Storage screen, then select a folder in the Trash menu. Tap the "More" option (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner, select "Empty," then tap "Delete."

If you are a heavy gamer and notice screen flickering or glitches on your Galaxy phone or tablet, several factors could be at play, including screen damage, outdated software, app conflicts, or underlying bugs. To troubleshoot, consider the following steps:
1. Inspect your device for any visible damage.
2. Check for software updates and install any that are available.
3. Adjust your display settings to see if that resolves the issue.
4. If specific apps are causing problems, try resetting them.
If your device is becoming glitchy and slow, you can improve its performance by cleaning up its memory. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap on Device Care. Then, tap on Memory, and choose "Clean now" to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you wish to keep certain apps running in the background, you can select "Excluded apps" and add your preferred apps to that list to prevent them from being closed during this process.
A more thorough way to clean your phone’s memory is to reboot it occasionally. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I just want to start off by saying that I love Samsung. I have the new Galaxy A17 and it's been a great phone, but I am having a few issues. It keeps freezing up, sometimes my phone calls won't even come through. Also, I keep getting the error message that the System UI has stopped responding alot. I'm not sure why that's happening and it's kind of annoying. But other than that I really do love it. Oh, and Galaxy AI is so helpful and keeps me up to date with everyday and everything social.
