A17 - NOT A GOOD PHONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a Note10+ to this phone, huge downgrade. It's slow and fumbles through everything I do. I'm going to back to one of the higher quality phones. I wouldn't recommend this phone. I had my Note 10+ for 5 1/2 years. I loved it.

To enhance your device's performance, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take. One of the easiest and most effective options is to perform a quick optimization.
To stay informed about your device's performance, you can use the Device Care feature. It gives you an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. You can also automatically optimize your phone or tablet for quicker and better performance.
The Quick Optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It clears unnecessary items from memory, deletes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple.
To optimize your device, go to Settings, swipe to and tap on Device care. From there, tap on Optimize Now, and then tap Done. The process is fast and straightforward, and it will inform you of areas that need improvement and how to address them.

Brand new with system ui failures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my old device to this. Everything I do has a delay like the device is lagging. If I try to do anything while it's charging or I have more than 1 app open at a time, I get a system ui error and have to force restart the device. Bluetooth periodically disconnects.

If your device keep crashing regardless of which app(s) you use then proceed to the last section on performing a factory reset. If your device only seems to crash when you're using a certain app please follow the below sections first: you may not need to perform a factory reset. There are several potential causes for an app crashing frequently on your Samsung Galaxy device and there are steps below to troubleshoot them. Before taking any further steps, though, please update your device's software as this may solve the behavior. (Note that the following steps may differ slightly for your Galaxy device): 1. From the Home screen touch Apps. 2. Touch Settings (you may need to swipe left or right to locate it first). 3. Touch About device. 4. Touch Software update. 5. Touch Update. If an app continues to crash frequently after the software update (or if no software update was available), please continue reading. It could be a concerning app. Some third-party apps are better made than others. It's worth checking the reviews for any concerning apps in the Google Play or Samsung Apps stores to see whether frequent crashes are common for other users, especially those with the same Samsung Galaxy device as yours. Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for gaming and reading. I use galaxy Ai to to help find functions on my phone. Set up was very easy. Only thing I'm having an issue with is the keyboard. I have to make sure that it spaces . Other then that it has been wonderful
