[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for at least 6 yrs. now. It is perfect for tile or floors without carpeting. It works fine on area or low pile rugs/mats. I love the convenience of emptying the canister and cleaning the filters. I bought an extra filter cup so I would always have a clean dry one as the other is drying. I did have to purchase a new vac as my original was breaking from wear (nothing serious). The cost of replacement part (crevice tool) was $1.99 and $4.99 to ship. I believe the main chamber either was discontinued or was again, cheaper than shipping. This time I ordered the extra parts with my purchase. I have bought one for my daughter and sister in law also. The only thing I would recommend is to keep the vacuum emptied and clean and it will serve you well.

I bought this lightweight vac for its versatility. A quick vacuum, the removable portable for furniture, or light spills, and oh yes, even works great on tile or hard floors.

This is great for my large area rug and tile floors downstairs. I was very surprised after 1st use that there was so much in the dirt tank and filter.
