Husband & I both use this. Only objection to the newer vacuum, the replacement of a rolling "brush"!! Brush much better then the "stationary rubber" at the bottom to go over the floors, etc. . Other than that it is still a great lightweight vacuum for spills, etc. Thanks for keeping it on the Market!!

This is actually my 2nd Featherweight vacuum. I loved my other one to death! I have hardwood floors and cats - this is great for picking up kitty litter as the suction is right to the floor.

Nice vacuum for the money

I used the Dirt Devil for several years but have had nothing but problems with it from the get go. I decided to try this one for my wood floors. I have to say I am impressed so far with it. I really like I can take it apart and clean my stairs with it and not have to lug up my big vacuum for that chore now. I did not like the wheels on it because I dont want to scratch my wood floors so I put Super Slider's on the bottom and it works great. I dont use this vacuum on my throw rugs so wheels dont matter. I only gave it 4 stars because the cord is to short and it is a little difficult to take off the canister that holds the dirt and once off and cleaned a little difficult to put the canister back on just right. It does have better suction then the Dirt Devil and that is a big plus for this little vacuum. I just hope this vacuum holds out longer than a year, that's about as long as the Dirt Devil lasted, all 4 of them.

Just what I wanted! Very light and easy to use on carpet or hardwood floors. My current vac is cumbersome to carry up stairs to the bedrooms. The Feather Weight works well. Not bad to clean out but a longer cord would definitely be an asset. I was sorry to see it advertised at my "big box" store for about $10 less than my online purchase. I definitely recommend it.

It's basically a "dust buster" with an added attachment to make it I to a stick-type vacuum. It's great for small spaces. It does a great job at picking small and larger debris up. One small disadvantage of this product is the short cord length. For me, this isn't a big issue as I have plenty of outlets to choose from. Overall, great for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought so many of these little Stick Vacuums, I have one on each level of my home, have given one to each of my three grown children, and buy them for friends as gifts. Everyone loves them, and they do a GREAT job, especially on wood, tile, & vinyl floors. They even work well on area rugs. I am a big fan.

I bought this because I was sick of sweeping my hardwood floors then mopping them, only to see dirt and residue left behind. I have hardwood and area rugs downstairs and then carpet up my stairs and all upstairs. I love this vacuum! I have two black labs and their hair is everywhere!! But, this vacuum gets everything and is so lightweight. The positives about this vacuum would be it's lightweight, easy to use and I have no issues going from hardwood to area rug. I also love the attachment to get into hard to reach places. The negatives would be that the cord is somewhat short (not a huge issue though), that I have to empty it quite a bit (which this vacuum isn't meant for big jobs anyways) and it didn't do well on my carpet upstairs. I'm not sure why but even when I emptied the canister and cleaned the filter, the vacuum didn't pick up that well on my stairs. Overall, I love this vacuum for my hardwood and area rugs- I can do a quick cleanup without lugging around a heavy vacuum or sweeping which didn't pick up everything. It did a fabulous job on my hardwood, linoleum flooring, and area rugs. The regular caroeting upstairs- not so great but I use my Shark vacuum upstairs and I'm fine with that. I have recommended this to my family and friends as it is lightweight and easy to use.
