This is our second one of this model. The first lasted 9 years of almost daily use. It's not meant for carpet, but does a great job cleaning hard tile or wood floors and is light enough a small kid can use it easily!

I bought this in mind for our tile and lamenate floors. We love it and the price was right. It does the job intended, picking up dog hair, dirt, small particles. We no longer take out our upright vacum to clean our house since we do not have rugs on our floors here in AZ. I would highly recommend this product, it has plenty of vacum power. I would recommend though that Bissell ponder adding a detachable brush head, and possibly consider lining the vac with a bag to avoid dust from leaking out. It is worth the purchase. This quick vac was originally purchased to do clean-up of our litter box area. We purchased to for each area with apprehension. It performed better than expected and even though I'm handicapped, I can finally clean this and our hardwood and area rugs with out any problems. It's wonderful. I would buy for each floor but it's not necessary because it is so lightweight. I recommend it to many and would buy it for a gift. Buy one today!

Nice and light yet powerful, I bought this specifically to use for dog hair on the bed and couches. It not only pulls out the dog hair but also really fine dust particles and dander too! Great price for a really great little machine. I am not a fan of rechargeable I would rather have a corded vacuum even if I have to use an extention. This cord is more than long enough for my little apt. I am very happy with my purchase. So far I have loved every Bissell I have ever bought. ( and they all still work after many years)

After 10 years and lots of use, my old one died, promptly ordered another and I'm back in business, this is just a great little vacuum, better than a broom, lighter than my full size vacuum, makes keeping my tile floor free of cat hair so easy.
