weak suction

The cord is too short and it is leaking air when I am using it. I have a steam mop which I am so satisfied and believe Bissell is the advanced Brand in this field. But this item is not good as the expectation. The suction is too weak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use the vacuum regularly for light cleanup all around the house. Works exceptionally well on hardwood, tile and vinyl floors. Powerful and easy to handle. Wish the cord was longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bissell FeatherWeight. I bought this to pick up cat litter which was making its way out of the cat's bathroom, into the foyer, and across two runners, one short and one long into the living room. The FeatherWeight is so easy to use, much better than getting a backache from using a brush and pan, or using a handheld vacuum. This is much more powerful than the handheld, and I don't have to lug the larger, heavy vacuum around. The FeatherWeight picks up cat litter completely from the hardwood floor and the two runners. It comes apart so easily to be cleaned or to use as a handheld with or without an attachment. Couldn't believe I was so excited about a vacuum cleaner, have been telling people about it.
