When I received the Bissell ReadyClean XRT Cordless Stick Vacuum I thought that it was too small and skinny to have any power. Besides being compact I didn't think that a battery-operated vacuum could do the work of my other vacuum beasts I had stored in closets. Boy, was I wrong. I charged it once since I received it and used multiple times. The Bissell ReadyClean XRT Cordless Stick Vacuum is still running with no signs of losing power. I really like that it is two vacuums in one: the long stick and the hand-held part. It is a pleasure to vacuum with it because it fits perfectly under my furniture and hard to get places. I recommend this vacuum especially if you have pets. It's always ready and light enough to get it working in seconds. #buzzagent

Impressed with the suction for such a small vacuum and love the swivel head and option to turn off the brush for vacuuming my kitchen floor. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this vacuum was great at first but alas, similar to other stick vacuums I have tried, it's life is short-lived! Suction the first few months was great, it did the job quite well but then started faulting and would barely pick up any dust bunnies! I would have expected this product to last more than 2.5 years but that was too great a feat! For a product that costs close to $200, I would have expected a bit longer usage. I am disappointed and will not purchase another Bissell unfortunately.

I use a canister vac to vacuum all over every couple of weeks but I like to have a cordless type for quick pick ups in between. When I got this vac, after charging it, I vacuumed some areas to try it out. I wasn't expecting much because I had recently used my old one. I was shocked to see the amount of dust, dog hair, and debris this little vac picked up! It's light, easy to make turns and get around furniture. I tried it on wood floor, carpet, rugs, and it worked great on all. I was wary about the suction because of the detachable hand vac but it picks up everything! Love it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight, very effective, cordless, stick vac!
