Not the usual Bissell quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Bissell but I'm not impressed with this stick vac. We rescue cats so we have a lot of cat hair. I use the big Bissell CleanView Rewind most of the time and bought this stick vac to use periodically for a quick vacuum. Just received the stick vac yesterday afternoon, and during the first 10 minutes of use this morning, I had to take the roller out three times to clean a little bit of hair off it; otherwise it wouldn't run. Plus it has very little suction. Super disappointed in the usual high quality of Bissell products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have actually purchased it for my kids and as gifts because it doesn't require a lot of space to store, and it's awesome! 1st shipment had an issue, and I was thrilled with the customer care I received!

Portable and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the light weight portability of this unit and it's powerful suction. The orange color makes it look appealing and the removable handheld vacuum is a nice addition to have. I love the lay down function, it's fun and easy to press the release trigger on the handle, it allows me to get to hard to reach places and the swivel head is very useful for maneuvering around objects. I really like that the vacuum is cordless, it's a handy feature, so you're not tripping over a cord. The triple filtration helps reduce the airborne allergens and leaves the room feeling and smelling clean. There are some features that need some improvements as well. The battery run time is between 25-30 minutes but it takes four hours for a full charge. I would like to have a spare battery, so I don't have to wait four hours to continue vacuuming. The dirt tank is very small and needs to be emptied several times. The spin brush collects hairs but is a little inconvenient to take out with the locking feature, I would like this to be easier to clean. Overall a very good product compared to the more expensive competitors. A lot of nice features but also some improvements could be made. I would definitely recommend the Bissell ReadyClean XRT Cordless Stick Vacuum.
