[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the detachable part, worked amazing in all my hardfloor and corners; y was also able to get hair from tough places detaching the hand vacuum; the only down side is don't feels is strong enough to do carpet (my dogs shed a lot!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The previous version to this model was awesome and I loved it however this new one is very cheaply made! It is not half the machine the old one was! You have to buy the pet roller separately :-( and it has no charging base. The place you have to plug it in is very inconvenient as you have to lift the whole vacuum up high to do it. Don't buy it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a tool. Like all tools it needs to be used properly to work properly. I like it so much that I bought a second for our camper. It will clean up to an edge if you go head on, not along the side. It will pick up most everything if you don't go too fast. Yes, it only picks up going forward but I don't find that to be a problem. I have had my home one for almost 2 years. It gets daily use and works as good as the day I first used it. Every time I use it I knock the dirt off of the mesh filter and brush off the cloth one. I purchased an extra filter kit and regularly wash the cloth filter, about every 3 weeks. Having a spare means I don't have to wait for it to dry before using the vacuum. The swivel head and "break down" handle makes it easy to get in small places and under things. Again, used correctly it's a great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility of Bissell's ReadyClean XRT cordless vacuum its not flimsy or fragile it has a solid weight but not bulky or heavy. It can be taken from room to room without tripping over a pesky cord. It works on carpets as well as my hardwood floors which I can never get all of the dirt with a traditional broom. I have even used in my truck to clean up spilled cereal from my toddler. This vacuum is just what I needed also the suction power is great on this mighty device. It swivels which I love and the paddle is narrow enough to get right up against my base boards on my hardwood floors

Great Vacuum -- Gets the Job Done!

It is lightweight, easily maneuverable, has great suction, and holds a charge well (ie, has never lost its power when I'm using it). The removable handheld unit, which can be detached from the stick for quick pick-ups, is a nice feature. This vacuum also comes with a set of attachments for tight spaces, upholstery etc. Tip: I keep it on its charger when not in use, and I empty the dustbin after each use to keep the suction strong. I liked this vacuum so much that I bought a 2nd one -- one for upstairs, and one for downstairs. Great product!
