Does not hold charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received as a gift for xmas. Was perfect size as I have a small apartment. But, for as small as my apartment is, I'll charge it all the time and go to use it and I can't even get my bedroom done. The charge lasts maybe 5 minutes and shuts off. Then charge for hours and does the same thing. Very frustrating taking days to vacuum a 1 bedroom apartment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having the ability to clean the whole house on one charge, without a cord, across multiple types of flooring surfaces was dreamy. I was impressed with the pivoting head and how the unit can easily slide under low furniture so you don't need to circle back to areas for additional follow-up. Having the ability to utilize the handheld vac separately does double-duty and eliminates the need to store yet another appliance. Emptying the filter is very intuitive, takes no time at all, and my hands stay clean. My only negative comment is the color...I would prefer black or grey instead of orange so it blends more with my decor. However, the positive aspects far outweigh this cosmetic detail. In summary - it's lightweight, easy-to use and overall a huge time-saver for me which I greatly appreciate. I haven't used my other vacuum devices this this model came into the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a black lab retriever that is a shedding machine, a gravel driveway that sticks to my boots, and I carry wood in for my woodstove and dirt and chunks are left all about. The machine does a pretty good job of picking all that stuff up. Wish it did not need to be emptied so frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a studio and previously had the cheaper Bissell featherweight vacuum that had a chord and I thought it worked pretty well until I got the ReadyClean cordless. I had my apartment cleaned a few weeks ago and thought it was clean because it looked clean but when I did a quick pass through my apartment I noticed that this vacuum picked up so much!! I'm impressed but also grossed out that my apartment was so dusty! I will include pics on the first time I used the vacuum. I also like that it's cordless and also the fact that you can use the handheld vacuum which can be used for small spaces, my car, or even vacuuming my headboard and ottoman or corners I usually can't get. I'm excited to be using this more often!
