Great corded vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was VERY impressed. I am not used to a corded vacuum so that seemed a little limiting to have a cord and for the size of my room I wish the cord was longer but I was so impressed with the suction. I had already used my other vacuum on my low pile rug and then used this one and it pulled so much dust and dirt I was shocked. It's light enough to carry around to use the attachments but I did find it cumbersome with the cord. If you don't mind cords then this one is awesome!

Easy Maneuvering and Lots of Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mom of 3 boys + puppy and our floors go from clean to dirty quick around here, so I was very eager to try out Bissell's CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Vacuum through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. With a 10 month old on the prowl, we were so happy to see that the vacuum could easily handle the bits paper and such that would typically get stuck in our old vaccuum's spinner. It definitely saves us time (and our backs!) We also love the cord rewind feature. My husband is notorious in our house for not putting the cord away on other vacuums. Now there's no excuse and our kids also like to push the button to retract the cord. Very impressed with the swivel feature. Most upright vacuums can be a bit clunky to move around and the smaller maneuverable vacuums don't have the power to pick up everything. This manages to be the best of both worlds. We will be retiring our old upright vacuum and using the Bissell CleanView as our primary vacuum.

Great vacuum for carpeted floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I was really impressed with how well this vacuum performed on carpets, particularly considering how lightweight it is compared to other upright vacuums I've used in the past. It did a fantastic job maneuvering around and picking up a surprising amount of dirt, dust, and cat hair from our carpets. We have three school aged kids and two young cats, so there's always a need for cleanup somewhere. My favorite feature of this vacuum was the cord rewind function. The core rewind feature made it super easy to clean up and put away the vacuum when I was finished - no more cords constantly falling off the vacuum and needing to be rehung. My kids thought it was super cool, too. The extension wand and tools were extremely helpful to vacuum our front hall stairs, and were very easy to maneuver. I used the 2-in-1 dusting brush and crevice tool to get the dust and cat hair out of the stair crevices, which had honestly been a bit neglected, and the TurboEraser pet tool worked really well to tackle the cat hair from the stairs that the cats like to rub up against. I was also really pleased with how well the tools stayed attached to the tool holders. They fit snuggly and didn't fall off when I moved the vacuum around from room to room, which is a pleasant change from my old vacuum. The reason why I rated the vacuum 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it didn't work as well on hardwood floors. I tried to use it to clean up a litter spill with both the upright vacuum and the extension wand, and I could feel pieces of litter flying underneath the vacuum and shooting out behind it. At first I thought it might have been that the hose wasn't attached properly or that I had it on the wrong setting, but I checked everything and it was all good. I think it may ultimately be the angle of the brush roll and vacuum base. This wasn't an issue on carpets - just on the hardwood floor. I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I THOUGHT my floors were clean until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I moved into a home with a ton more carpeting than our last home. We only had a small vacuum that we thought was cleaning and picking up everything in the carpeting. That is until I received the CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Vacuum. The first time using the CleanView, I was amazed at how much was picked up despite regularly vacuuming with our smaller vacuum. It is powerful no matter which feature I use. When vacuuming places like the stairs, using the TurboEraser tool picked up an amazingly amount of pet hair. Utilizing the extensive wand to reach behind furniture and in corners was a definite plus and easy to use feature. After easily getting dirt, pet fur, litter, hair, etc, being able to push a button that winds the cord back up itself is an absolutely game changer! I dread having to do that after cleaning everytime, but this is such a nice and convenient feature! Overall, the CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Vacuum is a necessary cleaning tool to have. I haven't found a feature that I dislike yet. I highly recommend getting one of these even if you *think* your flooring is clean. *I received this product through Stellar Product Testing Panel

We love this vacuum !!

We have two long-haired Ragdoll cats who shed a lot and we have quite a bit of carpeting, so having a top-notch vacuum cleaner is a huge necessity. We tested the Bissell CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet Upright Vacuum for the past month, and we're loving it! Our overall impression is that this is an exceptional vacuum. You can simply tell by the materials used, special features, and the amount of suction you get when running it. It's solid! There's nothing cheap or flimsy about it. There are some features that really stood out for us, too. The swivel steering is a strong point, and it handles and steers like a dream. It's so simple to push, pull, and lay flat to vacuum in those hard-to-reach places. For even tighter spaces, you can reach for an onboard tool. My favorite is the Turbo Eraser Pet tool. This handheld tool easily removes hair, dirt, and debris from the couch, carpet, curtains, cat trees, and stairs. Once I get going with this, I don't want to stop. I'm on a cleaning and de-hairing mission. Next, we love the extension wand. You can easily reach the ceilings to remove cobwebs and dust without dragging out a ladder and clean baseboards without bending over. Cleaning has been so much easier using this machine; no more wrapping the long cord up and down the post. Now it's as simple as pressing a button to auto-rewind the cord. We love this feature! Every time I vacuum, I can see the amount of dirt, dander, and hair that's picked up through the oversized canister. It has a washable filter that catches the dusty particles so it keeps your air clean in your home. This is a very powerful, lightweight design that cleans our home. Not only does it work slick, but it's pleasing to the eye, too. We love everything about this vacuum. It saves us time and back pain due to its ease of use. I've found no downfalls to this vacuum at all. It's solid, runs like a dream, and cleans like a champ.

Great Vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving this vacuum through the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was immediately excited to open it up and test it out! The assembly instructions were very straightforward with only a minor confusion when connecting the hose because it didn't specify which end of the hose attached to the top. It was easily figured out by looking at the image of the box. I read through the instructions on how to use and felt prepared to properly utilize this vacuum to it's fullest extent. The swivel aspect is great and allowed me to maneuver around my furniture. The suction power is amazing and vacuumed up the cat hair that I didn't even know was there imbeded in the carpet. It vacuumed up what felt like 10x more than my normal daily vacuum. I was thoroughly impressed. I've got to say one of my other favorite aspects is the retracting cord. When you have a toddler how you spend your time can truly have an impact on your day, so being able to quickly bring in the plug-in cord saves me a lot of trouble. The only downfall I see so far is it's fairly heavy and sort of an arm work out to push it while cleaning. It may just need to be broken in, so maybe with the many more times I'll use it it'll get easier. Otherwise, I absolutely love this vacuum!

Functional & Great Suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this Bissel vacuum. Super easy set up, just attach the extension handle. That's nice and long and will reach about any height. I appreciate it's the handle so no attachments needed for that. You do get 2 attachments, your standard upholstery, stair attachments. I appreciate that's it lightweight and not to heavy to carry upstairs. I do wish it had a lift off tank but that's my only wish. The swivel head works perfect and makes for easy cleaning in tough spaces. Suction is great and gets deep down. Easy to navigate between low and high carpet or floor. Also love it has cleanable filter . Easy rewind cord. Not my favorite feature but it's works as expected, personally I don't mind winding cords. Overall a great value and a great vacuum. I received this vacuum complimentary from Stellar Panel in exchange for my review.

Versatile Powerful Upright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd reach for an upright vac after owning a stick vacuum. After receiving the CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet from Stellar Panel, I consistently reached for it over my corded stick vacuum. Initially, I was skeptical, how could an upright really be great? Man, was I ever blown away. This vacuum has some suction! The customizable "deck levels", from bare floor to high carpet, it really works on all surfaces. I was amazed at how well it cleaned my area rug! Having a golden retriever requires a good vacuum. The Pet eraser attachment came in handy to clean the dog hair off the bottom portion of my couch (where the dog like to slide her body across) as well as the top cushion which is my cats favorite nap spot. I love that it has a rotating brush rather than JUST suction. I love that the narrow hose attachment is a 2 in 1. This comes with a brush sleeve that slides down over the tip. A multi use attachment is a plus for me, one less piece to lose. I love love love having a cord Rewind feature! The days of hand wrapping a cord are over. I will say the Rewind works best when there is tension on the cord. Otherwise it does not wrap tight enough to fit the entire length of cord. While the CleanView Swivel works well on bare floors, i did find it challenging to get into hard to reach areas such as, under the kitchen chairs and living room furniture. If you extend the vacuum too far in front of you, the front of the vacuum will lift, losing suction. For that, I would use a stick vacuum as you can use more parallel to the floor. Overall, the power of this vacuum is excellent. I have used it consistently, in every room of my house. The transparent parents make it so easy to clean.
